Guest guest Posted October 20, 2000 Report Share Posted October 20, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Tofu Custard Recipe By :Everyday Tofu - Gary Landgrebe Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 eggs 1 pound very fresh soft soft tofu 1 cup honey 1/2 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 teaspoon lemon juice sprinkle nutmeg Mix eggs, tofu, honey, milk, salt, vanilla, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into either custard cups or a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle wiith nutmeg. Place the cups or casserole in a large pan. Pour water into the pan until it is halfway up the sides of the custard dishes or casserole. Bake custard cups at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes or until set. Bake the 2-quart casserole at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
