Cinnamon-Coffee Shake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tablespoon grain coffee

1/2 19 oz package silken tofu

1/3 cup soy milk

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon blackstrap molasses

1 tablespoon maple syrup

 

 

Place all of the ingredients in an electric blender. Blend until smooth and

frothy. Taste. If needed, add more flavoring. Serve.
