Tofu Dip

8 ounces soft tofu

1 cup sour cream -- dairy or non-dairy

1 tablespoon onion salt

2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes -- divided

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

 

Mix tofu, sour cream, onion salt, only 1 tablespoon of the onion flakes, garlic

powder, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of onion

flakes. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
