I forgot to format my recipe. @@@@@ Michelle's broccoli 1 head of broccoli 1 to 2 tbsp peanut oil 1/2 tsp of brown mustard seed 1/4 cup raw peanuts-optional 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 to1 tsp ground coriander powder 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cumin 1/4 to 1 tsp red chili pepper(cayenne) salt to taste Chop 1 head of broccoli in small(1 inch pieces.)Take a frypan and add a tbsp or two of peanut oil.Heat.When hot add 1/2 tsp of mustard seed.Cover and cook until the mustard seeds begin to pop.Take off the stove a few seconds and add the washed chopped broccoli.If desired you can add raw peanuts before the broccoli and saute a short while before adding the broccoli.After adding the broccoli add 1/2 tsp ground turmeric,1/2 to1 tsp ground coriander powder , 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cumin and 1/4 to 1 tsp red chili powder(cayenne pepper.)Mix well and cook until done.
