Guest guest Posted October 17, 2000 Report Share Posted October 17, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Anita's Bean Burritos Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beans & Legumes Quick & Easy Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 each onion -- chopped 4 cloves garlic 1 package Yves Just Like Ground 1 each potato -- parboiled 1 can white kidney beans 1 can black beans 1 can corn kernels 1 can stewed red ripe tomatoes 1 tablespoon coriander 1 tablespoon tumeric 1 tablespoon cumin 1 bunch fresh cilantro -- if desired 1 package tortilla Saute the onion and garlic together. Add the Yves Just Like Ground (found in the produce section by the tofu). Add kidney beans, black beans, corn (I like peaches & cream) and stewed tomatoes. Add the seasonings Cook until mixture is reduced. Take out flatbreads and place a generous amount of the mixture in the center.
