Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 red pepper -- seeded and roughly c

1 lg garlic clove

1 410g can chick peas -- drained

5 tbsps olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

dash Tabasco sauce

 

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Season to taste and chill until required.
