Guest guest Posted October 11, 2000 Report Share Posted October 11, 2000 I hope this isn't a repeat- * Exported from MasterCook * Marinated Soybean Salad Recipe By :Anne Liberty Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 to 1 1/2 cups dry soybeans 1/3 cup honey 1/3 cup vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon crushed basil 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 3/4 cup chopped green onions 1/2 cup chopped celery 2/3 cup chopped dill pickle parsley for garnish Cook soybeans. Drain. Combine honey, vinegar, salt, basil, garlic powder, and white pepper in a bowl. Pour over soybeans. Add chopped green onion, celery, and chopped pickles. I do have one question though. What do dry soybeans taste like when reconstituted? I've had endamame (I LOVE IT) and I was hoping it would kinda be like that.
