Penne with Julienned carrots and celery

3 tablespoons Olive oil

2 cloves garlic -- minced

3 stalks celery -- cut into strips

3 carrots -- cut into strips

1 pound Penne

Salt and pepper

1 1/2 ounces Parmesan cheese

 

Heat oil and cook garlic and vegetables until soft. Season with salt

and pepper. Cook and drain pasta. Toss all with cheeese.
