Vanilla Pudding

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups White Wave Silk Soymilk

1/4 cup margarine

2 teaspoons vanilla

 

Combine the sugar, cornstarchh, and salt in a medium saucepan. Gradually blend

in the milk, stirring until smooth. Cover and cook over low heat, boiling

gently for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, and blend in the margarine

and vanilla. Pour into dessert cups or a baked pie crust, and chill.
