Mix all the ingredients together, except the olive oil. Spread an 8 x 8-inch pan with the oil. Form the mixture into sixteen 1 1/2-inch balls, and arrange in the pan. Bake about 30 minutes, or until browned and set, turning carefully every 10 minutes.
