Crumble the tofu into a medium mixing bowl, and whisk in the remaining filling ingredients until just combined. Puree in two batches in a blender or in a single batch in a food processor until completely smooth and creamy. Pour into the unbaked pie shell, and bake about 45 minutes. Cool and add sliced strawberries for garnish, if desired.
