Guest guest Posted October 3, 2000 Report Share Posted October 3, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Sally's Sloppy Joes Recipe By :Soyfood Recipes for the American Table - White Wave Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 medium onion -- chopped 1 medium green pepper -- chopped 1 8 oz package White Wave Organic Sea Veggie Tempeh or other White Wave Tempeh 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon mustard 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar salt to taste Saute the onion and green pepper In 2 tablespoons of olive oil until soft. Cut the tempeh into chunks and process in a food processor. Add the tempeh to the onion and peppers, and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. Simmer and eat!
