Sally's Sloppy Joes

1 medium onion -- chopped

1 medium green pepper -- chopped

1 8 oz package White Wave Organic Sea Veggie Tempeh or

other White Wave Tempeh

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

salt to taste

 

Saute the onion and green pepper In 2 tablespoons of olive oil until soft. Cut

the tempeh into chunks and process in a food processor. Add the tempeh to the

onion and peppers, and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well.

Simmer and eat! This tastes terrific on whole grain buns.
