Guest guest Posted October 2, 2000 Report Share Posted October 2, 2000 Thanks to recipes supplied by several of you, we actaully succeeded in having a Mexican meal here in Paris yesterday! I made a batch of salsa and wondered if anyone has any experience with freezing salsa, or freezer jalpenos ( I bought too many ) Should I chop the peppers first? Do they retain their bite? Also, in the USA I was able to find dried chipote peppers. Not here.
