In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. 2. Divide mixture among dessert dishes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings. Per serving: 240 calories; 11 g. protein; 15 g. fat (2 g. sat fat); 17 g. carbohydrates; 0 cholosterol; 40 mg. sodium; 1 g. fiber NOTE: " This fantastic 4-ingredient dessert is from Suzette Kroll of West Bloomfield, MI.
