Guest guest Posted September 29, 2000 Report Share Posted September 29, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Ravioli Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta & Pasta Sauces Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large zucchini -- thinly sliced 1 medium onion -- thinly sliced 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 26 oz. jar tomato & basil pasta sauce 1 24 oz. pkg cheese ravioli -- cooked 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated Saute zucchini and onion in hot oil in a skillet until tender. Spoon one-third of pasta sauce into a lightly greased 9 " square baking dish. Layer with half each of ravioli, zucchini mixture, and mozzarella; top with one-third of the sauce. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
