Tostada Salad in a Baked Shell

large flour tortilla OR corn tortillas

shredded lettuce

black beans rinsed

grated carrots

avacodo slices

tomatoes

shredded cheddar cheese

sliced radishes

 

lowfat sour cream

cilantro

fresh salsa

vinagrette or ranch salad dressing

 

Form tortilla into mold or bowl and weigh down with pie weights or

dry beans. Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes until browned. Cool.

 

Starting with a layer of cheese, place all ingredients ( except for

tortilla, sour cream, salsa, dressing and cilantro ) in the shell

and top with sour cream, salsa, dressing and cilantro.
