Guest guest Posted September 28, 2000 Report Share Posted September 28, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Pasta Primavera Recipe By :Pasta and Company Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Vegetarian Main Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 tablespoons Olive oil 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1/2 cup Shallot -- sliced thin 1 cup mushroom 2/3 cup stock 1 pound Fresh pasta 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs -- cut in strips 1 cup Green pepper -- cut in med. pieces 1 cup Broccoli -- cut in med. pieces 1 cup Tomatoes -- cubed 1 cup zucchini -- cut in med. pieces Saute garlic and shallots until translucent. Set aside. Boil, blanche then ice all the veges except mushrooms and peppers Cook pasta. Stir fry veges w/ shallot. Add stock and pasta.
