House Pasta Recipe By : Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup virgin olive oil 1/3 cup cream 1 tablespoon cream 2 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cloves garlic -- crushed 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 pound pasta 1 cup fresh romano cheese -- grated parsley freshly ground black pepper In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, cream, herbs, tabasco, salt and garlic. When well mixed, whisk in lemon juice. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Rinse immediately under cold water and drain well. Add to olive oil mixture and toss until well coated. Add romano and toss again. Place in a serving dish and top with peper and chopped parsley.
