Guest guest
To answer the questioin of sustitute for Genisoy products, I think any kind of soy powder or soy isolate can be substituted, this book was put out by Genisoy, hence only Genisoy products appear in their recipes. I prefer to format recipes as they appear, and some books tout a certain brand. * Exported from MasterCook * Easy Cream of Broccoli Soup Recipe By :The Magic of Soy - GeniSoy Products Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups chopped broccoli (flowers, stalks, and upper stems) 3 cups cubed potatoes 1 medium onion -- chopped 3 cups water 1 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill 2 scoops Genisoy Natural Protein Powder (1/2 cup) dissolved in 3 cups soy milk 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste In a soup pot, boil the broccoli, potatoes, and onion in the water for 10 minutes.
