Be sure to see the notes at the bottom. * Exported from MasterCook * Vegetarian chopped " liver " Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 14 1/2 oz. can French style green beans -- drained 2 eggs -- hard boiled 2 medium onions -- diced oil for sauteing onions 1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped salt -- to taste Drain green beans, pressing out as much water as possible. Saute onions until browned. Put all ingredients into blender or food processor, and process until smooth. Salt to taste.
