Chocolate Sauce

1 cup hot water or non-dairy milk

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 scoop Genisoy Natural Chocolate Shake Powder

(1/4 cup)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

Pour all the ingredients, except the vanilla, into a small, heavy saucepan, and

stir over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil. Simmer, stirring, for 1

minute. Stir in the vanilla extract. Cool and store in a covered jar in the

refrigerator. This will keep for several weeks.
