1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies -- with liquid

 

Place cheese, tomatoes, and jalapenos and their liquid in small heavy

saucepan. Set over low heat and cook, stirring often, about 15 minutes until

cheese melts and mixture is smooth, or microwave 5 minutes on HIGH in

covered, microwave-safe casserole, stirring once at halftime. Serve warm

with corn chips or bite-size broccoli or cauliflower florets, celery,

carrot, or zucchini sticks.
