Tofu Whipped Topping

3/4 cup crrumbled firm silken tofu

2 tablespoons Genisoy Natural Protein Powder

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

2 teaspoons hazelnut oil, walnut oil, or canola oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch ground nutmeg

 

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal

blade, and process until the mixture is completely smooth and very creamy.

 

Store the topping in a covered container in the refrigerator until you are ready

to use it.
