Guest guest Posted September 21, 2000 Report Share Posted September 21, 2000 I asked the list for help in finding recipes for evaporated soymilk a while back and found this soon after- * Exported from MasterCook * Sweetened Condensed Soymilk Recipe By :The Magic of Soy - GeniSoy Products Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup light unbleached sugar 2/3 cup boiling water 6 tablespoons soy milk powder 5 tablespoons Genisoy Natural Protein Powed or Genisoy Natural Vanilla Shake Powder 1 tablespoon melted soy margarine Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and process until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is thick. Pour into a clean jar, cover, and refrigerate. The milk thickens when chilled. Description: " This can be used in baking and candy-making instead of canned condensed dairy milk. It's fast to make and keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks.
