Add the greens and cook for 10 minutes. Strain, let cool, and refrigerate the liquid for 1 or 2 hours. Reserve the greens to use as an appetizer (Marinated Tofu Cubes with Herbs, Green Tofu Bruschetta). Serve the liquid over ice with a dash of powdered cumin, a squeeze of lemon, and a lemon slice.
