This was a big hit with my family! They liked it so much I had to make a larger

quantity. I made it in a plastic storage container.

Mexican Mocha Spice Mix

 

Recipe By :Southern Living, September 2000

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup Hershey's® cocoa

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer

2 tablespoons instant coffee granules

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

 

Combine all ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and

shake to blend.

 

To serve, spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into a coffee mug and stir in 1 cup of hot

water.

 

How I made it: Instead of just cocoa, I used half cocoa and half Ghirardelli

Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa.
