I made it in a plastic storage container. * Exported from MasterCook * Mexican Mocha Spice Mix Recipe By :Southern Living, September 2000 Serving Size : 20 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beverages Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Hershey's® cocoa 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Combine all ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and shake to blend. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into a coffee mug and stir in 1 cup of hot water.
