Tangy Tofu Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

8 ounces soft tofu -- rinsed and drained

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons walnut oil

2 tablespoons minced fresh dill weed

1 teaspoon salt

 

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until creamy.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

 

Description:

" When teamed with lime, garlic, and dill, tofu takes on a tangy taste.

Use as a dip for artichokes or a sauce for broccoli or asparagus. "
