Guest guest Posted September 15, 2000 Report Share Posted September 15, 2000 Substitute veg. worcestershire sauce. * Exported from MasterCook * Blue Cheese Rolls Recipe By :Southern Living, September 2000 Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers & Snacks Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese -- softened 1 (8-ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese slices -- cut up 2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled bleu cheese 1/2 small onion -- diced 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 1/2 cups finely chopped toasted pecans -- divided 1 1/2 cups finely chopped fresh parsley -- divided Place first 6 ingredients in a food processor, pulse 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir together cheese mixture, 1 cup pecans, and 1/2 cup parsley. Cover and chill 1 hour. Shape cheese mixture into 4 (7-inch-long) logs. Combine remaining 1/2 cup pecans and 1 cup parsley.
