Remove the papery outer husk of the garlic bulb. Place the garlic bulb in a small casserole. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until very soft, turning the bulb once or twice during baking. Press the garlic out of the skins to make 1/2 cup roasted garlic. Puree the garlic in a blender or food processor and set aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and saute the peppers and cayenne for 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce and citrus juices and simmer for 2 more minutes, then transfer to blender or food processor and blend with the garlic puree. In a covered steamer or saucepan, steam the asparagus over boiling water for 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender and bright green in color. Arrange the asparagus on a serving platter and drizzle with spirals of sauce. Description: " Tender green asparagus blends perfectly with the smoky presence of roasted red pepper sauce.
