Guest guest Posted September 10, 2000 Report Share Posted September 10, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Pesto Pizza Recipe By : Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 12 inches prepared pizza or focaccia crust 2 tablespoons tomato paste in a tube 2 tablespoons basil /pesto paste in a tube cilantro, parsley a few artichoke hearts 1 tablespoon Momo's Garlic paste some ex- virgin olive oil plop balsamic vinegar 4 olives, rinsed and sliced red pepper flakes a scattering of nutritional yeast Preheat oven to 350 F. Put prepared pizza crust in a ventilated pizza pan. Mix and mince the parsley, cilantro and artichoke hearts. Add tomato and basil paste, Momo's, oil and vinegar. Spread on crust with olives and bake for 10 minutes or until crust browns a little. Cut into wedges and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes.
