Recipe By : Holly gates Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :10 mins. Categories : Mediterranean Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- some basil, fresh some mint, fresh some cilantro, fresh 1 scallion, chopped 1 brazil nut, shelled 1 large carrot, peeled 1 roll hero type bread loaf, whole grain -- center removed & roll toasted some olive oil 1 tablespoon Momo's Garlic Spread 1 medium tomato -- sliced thin dash cayenne pepper Lightly blend the basil, mint, olive oil, Momo's, cilantro, scallion, brazil nut and carrot. Pack into sandwich roll, top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cayenne, top it off with bread and try to limit yourself to one sandwich!
