Guest guest
I don't have this in MC format, but it's the very simple, plain ol' basic lasagna based on how my mother used to make hers (minus the meat). When I became a vegetarian (age 10), she would make a separate portion for me without the meat. Just cook some lasagna noodles (about 9), and layer them along with cottage and/or ricotta cheese, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese, and sprinklings of Parmesan if you want to, in a rectangular Pyrex baking dish. Cook it about 20-30 mins. at about 375ºF. When I make it, I use one of the large containers of cottage cheese, a large (28-30 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce and one to two 12 oz packages of grated mozzarella cheese. Hope this is what you're looking for. Karen List Owner
