Soy! - Jeanette Parsons Egan Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup apple juice 1 cup pure maple syrup 1 banana -- chopped 1 teaspoon rum flavoring Combine cornstarch and a little of the apple juice in a medium saucepan. Stir in remaining apple juice and maple syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in banana and rum flavoring and remove from heat. Serve warm.
