Peel the mango: Trim a slice from the bottom and stand it upright; cut down on

either side of the pit, removing the flesh. Trim

around the sides of the pit to remove any remaining fruit. Slice the fruit and

arrange it in a serving dish; drizzle with the

vinegar.
