Soy! - Jeanette Parsons Egan Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup bulgur 1/2 cup soy grits 2 cups hot water 1 celery stalk -- finely chopped 1 small onion -- finely chopped 1/2 cup chopped Roma tomatoes 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper Preheat oven to 350F. Combine bulgur and soy grits in a 2-quart casserole dish. Stir in hot water and let stand 15 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Stir in celery, onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Cover and bake about 30 minutes.
