Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound Nasoya extra-firm tofu -- cubed vegetable oil Sweet and Sour Sauce 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 6 tablespoons sweetener of your choice 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Deep-fry the cubes in oil heated to 365-368F., being sure the cubes separate in the oil. Remove when golden brown (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Sweet and Sour Sauce - Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk out all lumps.
