Guest guest Posted September 2, 2000 Report Share Posted September 2, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Hummus Sandwich on 7 Grain Loaf from La Madeleine Recipe By : Holly Gates Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegan Mediterranean Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pieces per person 7 Grain Bread from La Madeleine Bakery olive oil 1 or more scallions 2 tablespoons hummus 1 tablespoon Momo's Garlic Spread 1/4 cup dandelion greens 1/8 cup cilantro sandwich maker with oiled waffle grids in place Spray bread on both sides with olive oil. Put scallion on top of a piece of bread. Cook with lid closed in sandwich maker for 2 mins. on " 3 " setting, preheated. (Out of 4 possible it's #3). Spread hummus, Momo's, chopped scallion and dandelions on sandwich. Top sandwich with bread.
