They make things under the name SoyBoy, such as ravioli and tortolini with a tofu filling, hot dogs, and things like that. I'm not sure where it might be available outside our region, but it's something you could check into. I don't have a package in the house right now, or I'd give you the address. They may even have a website. A natural foods or health foods store might carry them.
