I just saw that this recipe came through with no amount given for the molasses-

Pumpkin Soy Custard

1 1 lb can pumpkin

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

2 cups soy milk

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/4 cup sorghum or molasses

6 tablespoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Preheat the oven to 350F.

 

Blend the rest of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Pour

into an unbaked pie shell, and bake for about 1 hour or until set.
