Microwave 2 minutes, whip, and microwave 1 more minute. Whip in the chocolate chips, let them melt, then whip again until smooth and blended. Let the mixture cool, then whip and spread over cake. Chill until firm and serve. Description: " This is a special treat to top almost any cake. Try it with Sour Soymilk Cocoa Cake.
