You can bake it in the oven or grill it on a barbecue grill. Preheat the oven to 350F. Squeeze the water out of the tofu, and cut into 8 - 12 rib sized pieces. Spread a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and arrange the tofu pieces on the pan leaving 1/2 " between each piece. Bake about 10 minutes until the tofu starts to brown. Turn the pieces over and bake about 10 minutes. Spread the barbecue sauce over the tofu, and bake for about 10 minutes more. Serve with French bread or potattoes and a crisp green salad. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per serving: 0 Calories (kcal); 0g Total Fat; (0% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 0g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 0mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 0 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates Nutr.
