Saute the onion, green pepper, and garlic in the oil. Mix all the ingredients together in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes. (If you don't have time for baking, heat thoroughly on the stovetoop or in the microwave.) Description: " This is a delicious way to serve leftover beans.
