Add the tapioca and keep stirring. Add the maple syrup and the raisins. Stir for 5 to 10 minutes until the tapioca begins to thicken. It won't actually be thick, but will set when it is cooled. You can make tapioca without raisins. Fresh fruit such as mangoes, peaches, pineapple, and berries can be added at the last minute. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per serving: 96 Calories (kcal); 2g Total Fat; (17% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 15mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 1/2 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 1/2 Fruit; 0 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates Nutr.
