Carob Cake with Mousse Topping

1/2 recipe Carob Cake

1 recipe Mousse

1 pint berries

 

Follow the recipe for carob cake, but cut the ingredients in half. Make a

mousse recipe, but don't chill.

 

Pour the cake batter into a lightly oiled spring mold and bake for about 5

minutes. Then, carefully pour in the mousse, preventing overflow. Continue

baking another 10 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry, then remove

from the oven and let cool. When completely cool, ring the top with berries.
