Make a mousse recipe, but don't chill. Pour the cake batter into a lightly oiled spring mold and bake for about 5 minutes. Then, carefully pour in the mousse, preventing overflow. Continue baking another 10 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry, then remove from the oven and let cool.
