Indian Sprout Salad from New Delhi Restaurant

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

lentils, sprouted

garbanzos, sprouted

really hot green chili pepper, very little -- minced

onion, not much -- minced

lemon or lime juice -- a squeeze or two

 

The lentils and garbanzos should have just started to sprout.

 

Mix it all together and keep refrigerated.

 

This seems like the type of salad that would be better if it has marinated

about a half hour before serving.
