Guest guest Posted August 3, 2000 Report Share Posted August 3, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Strawberry Hearts Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 225 grams curd cheese 120 mls sour cream 1 tablespoon caster sugar 1 egg white strawberry syrup -- good commercial brand a few fresh strawberries Line 4 small perforated heart shaped moulds with muslin. Place curd cheese, cream and sugar in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Whisk egg white in another bowl until stiff. Then fold into the cheese and cream mixture. Transfer mixture to moulds and stand the moulds on a large dish. Leave to drain overnight in the fridge. Turn out onto plates. Add syrup and decorate with a fresh strawberries.
