Tiajuana Pesto Salsa

1 cup fully prepared pesto

1/4 cup bermuda onion -- finely diced

1/4 cup red pepper -- finely diced

1/2 cup cucumber -- seeded, finely diced

3/8 cup pine nuts -- roasted

7/8 cup tabasco brand green pepper sauce

1/4 cup cilantro -- chopped, loosely packed

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 1/2 tablespoons tequila

 

Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
