Vinaigrette Dressing

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice or vinegar

3/4 cup olive oil

1 pressed garlic clove

3/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

 

Combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
