I read about them in a glycemic index table of vegetables. Most of the

esearch (if not all) came from Australia.

1. avon

2. Prince Edward Island (Should this one be capitalized?)

3. swede turnip?

Thanks,

Holly

A swede is a rutabaga, sort of like a turnip. I don't know what the other

things are.
