Broccoli with Honey and Mustard Sauce

2 cups broccoli florets

7 tablespoons water

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

7 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

 

Blanch or steam the broccoli florets. To make the sauce, mix the water with the

mustard, honey, and pepper. Toss 1/2 cup of sauce with the broccoli and serve.

 

Description:

" For a variation, toss the sauce with other steamed vegetables, such

as caulifower, squash, zucchini, or spinach. "
